چکیده
Introduction. Morphological and biomechanical features of the thoracolumbar junction determine large number cases traumatic bone injuries. Reconstructive stabilizing surgeries performed in this area, due to significant load on both elements hardware bony structures, require high reliability fixation. Objective. To study stress-strain state model section spine after Th12-L1 vertebrae resection with various options transpedicular fixation under influence flexion load. Materials methods. The mathematical finite-element human was studied. simulated condition surgery for a lesion laminectomy, facetectomy, corpectomy Th12 L1 vertebrae. Four variants were studied (using short or long bicortical screws, two crosslinks without them). Control points characterizing distribution structures metal fusion body replacement systems Results. Crosslinks have greatest effect reducing level stress models elements. When comparing length use monocortical screws determined minor advantages. analysis area screw entry into pedicle arch fixed (clinically zone) revealed that crosslinks, Th10, Th11, L2 L3 is 5.0, 1.9, 7.8 13.6 MPa, respectively, while presence reduces corresponding values 4.6, 7.3 12.7 MPa. In are 5.1, 2.3, 10.2, MPa absence 4.7, 1.8, 9.9, 12.2 presence. A similar trend observed other control points. results compression earlier, it established causes an increase by average 33.7%, 39.6%. Conclusions. case load, makes possible reduce all models, regardless used does not fundamental distribution.

abstract while task-based instruction is considered as the most effective way to learn a language in the related literature, it is oversimplified on various grounds. different variables may affect how students are engaged with not only the language but also with the task itself. the present study was conducted to investigate language and task related engagement on the basis of the task typolog...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
